I first stated PT sessions with Danny to try help get into a routine of exercise and eating healthy. I wanted to be more comfortable in my clothes and to lead a healthier lifestyle.
Within two months Danny has motivated me and changed my whole diet plan. It was a big challenge for me and difficult at times but The outcome has been amazing and I have enjoyed seeing the progress. Danny was very supportive throughout the programme.
Since starting I have dropped a dress size, toned up and seen an improvement in my skin from eating better. The weight loss have given me a lot more confidence and I feel like I have benefitted so much in just two months.

I’ve had a personal trainer in the past and she was brilliant so I’ve always known that that is the way I can lose weight healthily and safely. When I heard of Danny Walker I was interested as I was struggling with yo yo dieting and couldn’t find a PT that suited me.
I wanted to lose weight as I wasn’t happy in myself, I wanted my clothes to fit better, I wanted to feel good when I walked out of the house. Danny understood that. The variation of the programme is fantastic, it is something different each week and I am learning new skills all the time that I can transfer into other sports or to do around the house.
It wasn’t easy, I gave up alcohol for the first 2 months, cut out most fats, sugars and carbohydrates. I just kept what I needed. After 4 weeks I started to see results, my clothes are looser, I feel better, and I find small physical tasks are easy to do without getting out of breath.
The biggest result is the weight loss. I am 21lb lighter over 5 months and feel great. Now I know I CAN I am going to keep going. I would like to lose another 2st.
I would definitley recommend 365GAINZ, Some of my friends have already signed up as they have seen the fantastic work he and the program has done with me.

I started 365GAINZ a few months after I had my son, as I was struggling to loose the last bit of baby weight and to tone up. I love the program it's intense sessions but you really feel the benefit and start to notice changes almost straight away! I have gain a lot of food knowledge during my program and have changed the way I eat and feel so much better and have loads more energy! I would recommend Danny's programme 365gainz without a doubt! And plan to continue with it to keep improving my body and knowledge!

I started because I wanted to get fit and have professional help reaching my goals/physique.
This is the best programme - fitness wise - that I've ever done. There was lots of help and Danny pushes you to your limit every session.
The benefits are im more motivated to stick to training and have realised with hard work you can get in the shape you want before this I used to just eat and train whenever I wanted.
The results I have seen were a massive whole body change, also mentally a lot better, happier, upbeat etc.

I started my 365gainz program to lose a little weight, but more to tone up and increase my fitness levels, as I'd lost the motivation to go to the gym and hit a plateau.
Danny's amazing at what he does. He's always there and really pushes you to your limit, whilst keeping the sessions interesting and different each time.

I started working with Danny in August 2015 after jumping on the scales and realising I was actually heavier now than I was when I was full term with my last child 20 years ago.He was absolutely fantastic!!!We spoke about what I wanted to achieve as I had a massive few months ahead of me ie big birthday and getting married.
He made it so easy and enjoyable.The commitment he shows to all his clients goes above and beyond what you would expect.
He didn't shout at me if I had a slip with eating and in the gym his encouragement made me want to complete every task he set me.

After hearing about 365gainz through a personal friend of Danny's and that he explained the program is ideal for post pregnant women who want to ditch the baby weight but haven't got the time.
I signed up straight away but didn't really commit myself till the month later when the baby was in a better routine.
Couldn't believe how simple to follow it was and how much support you get.
This picture is me 6 months after giving birth and losing all that baby weight.

I started this programme to support my family & friends, not really for me. BUT!!!! I absolutely loved it, surprised me how much I enjoyed it. I looked forward to my sessions. I loved the healthy life style it introduced into my life ( no shakes) it offered good healthy food, good food choices, this changed mine and my family's bad habits. Which I have just become accustomed too. "After training hard for 3 months with my PT, I fell off the wagon for a month due to my anxiety and depression hitting an all time low, I went back to bad eating habits and couldn't face going to the gym. I gained weight again, started to lose muscle and couldn't bare to look in the mirror. I thought I had wasted my time previously and wouldn't be able to do it again. Now that I have started to conquer my anxiety and control that side of things, I got myself back in to my training and the results are coming back quicker then I ever imagined and I couldn't be happier. Point of this is, no matter how many times you fall, pick yourself back up and smash it even harder cos each time is better then the last.
I wouldn't have been able to do this without the continued support from Danny Walker even though he isn't training me anymore, he's still giving me motivation and helping me do it on my own. "Six months of hard work and a lot of sweat 💦 Looking back I was in denial at how much weight I had put on over the last couple of years and it was only when I saw the first photo that it became real 😱 up until about five years ago I had always been active and led a healthy lifestyle but commuting, working long hours and renovating a house left me feeling tired with little time for myself. After being signed off with exhaustion last year I knew I needed to make changes.
Sometimes it's hard to stay motivated when you don't feel like you are making progress especially if the numbers on the scales aren't changing week on week so photos are a great way of monitoring your progress.
There are only a couple of pounds between the photos in May and August but by keeping my training consistent with @365_gainz I've still made changes to my body 👙 It's not been easy as I work away a lot but now I make sensible choices with my food and always make sure I plan in time to hit the gym 💪🏻 Relaxing and recharging this week in the sun ☀️ before setting some new goals to smash when I get back ✌🏻"

"At the beginning of the year I felt fed up, had zero body confidence and felt like nothing I was doing with my diet & fitness was making any difference. I'd constantly be trying the new fad diet that was being talked about in the media etc, but was always left disappointed when nothing was working.With so much conflicting information out there about diet etc, I felt overwhelmed & massively confused. "After having my daughter last year I had gained a lot of weight (mostly during pregnancy) and I hated how I looked so much so I couldnt stand seeing myself in the mirror and I dreaded being invited anywhere.. I eventually had a breakdown and found out that not only was I battling with how I looked (the standard I hate how I look so I’m gonna keep eating) but I am also battling with my mental health.. getting help with that and spending a beautiful summer hiding myself I decided enough was enough I needed to look after my body and physical health not just my mental health after looking at a few different options I chose 365 Gainz... what a journey! Hey Dan, honestly this last 2 weeks now into my 3rd I’ve felt like a completely different person. I’m sleeping better and actually feeling like a human when I wake up so much more energy less grumpy and much more happy and back to myself the Rebecca I should be. Eating enough is so important and now finally seeing and feeling more physical changes aswell as not using every bit of energy I have during workouts and exhausting myself.
