Start from the bottom. Proper shoes are the most significant piece of kit you can own, and not just for runners or walkers. Your choice of footwear depends on a variety of things, including, correct sizing, comfort and purpose. Visit a shop that specialises in this and gives them as much detail as you can.
Have a plan
Sporadic workouts stop you from reaching your goals, consistency is the key to achievement. Design a timetable and stick it on the fridge, bathroom mirror or screensaver on your phone. Treat exercise as a necessity, not an option.
See your doctor
90% of people don’t get regular wellness check-ups. Even if you don’t have obvious health concerns, it’s a good idea to book a check-up to make sure that you’re the basics such as blood pressure or cholesterol are checked.
The great outdoors

Don’t do things you hate
Workouts should be challenging, but at the end of the day you have to enjoy what you’re doing or you won’t do it at all or won’t do it as well. If you find yourself clock watching during boxercise or feeling depressed every step of your run, it’s defiantly time to do something else.
